These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TechFurnace ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of all TechFurnace mobile applications, websites, software, APIs, digital content, and related services (collectively, "Products" or "Services").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTOOD, AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
These Terms apply to all versions of our Products, including mobile applications, web applications, APIs, SDKs, developer tools, downloadable software, and subscription services.
TechFurnace develops and publishes mobile applications, web platforms, and digital tools designed to help businesses and individuals streamline operations, engage customers, and drive digital growth. Our Products include:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to all or any part of our Products at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of our Products.
We may offer beta, experimental, or preview features that are not yet finalized. These features are provided "as-is" with no warranties, may be unstable, and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of our Products at any time. Some updates may be mandatory. Continued use of our Products after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is greater) to use our Products. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use our Products with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Our Products are intended for use worldwide, but may be restricted in certain countries or regions due to legal requirements, export controls, or business decisions. By accessing our Products, you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where such access would be prohibited.
You represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that your use of our Products does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party agreements.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as necessary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us at info@techfurnace.cc if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account at any time without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or our Products.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TechFurnace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Products solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
This license does not permit you to, and you expressly agree not to:
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the relevant app store platform (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) or our designated payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the applicable platform. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change with notice.
TechFurnace is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or currency conversion rates.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period. To cancel, use the subscription management tools in the app store or your account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refund eligibility depends on the platform through which you made your purchase. For Google Play purchases, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. For direct purchases, refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@techfurnace.cc to initiate a refund request.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, consumed in-app purchases, or accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in our Products, including software, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and all content, are owned by or licensed to TechFurnace. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may constitute infringement and may result in legal action.
By submitting User Content through our Products, you grant TechFurnace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with our Products and business.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
Your use of our Products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Products, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our Products may integrate with, link to, or include features from third-party services. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. TechFurnace is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and that third party.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information available through our Products.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECHFURNACE AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechFurnace and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our Products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your User Content.
We encourage you to contact us first at info@techfurnace.cc to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in Lahore, Pakistan, unless you have the right under applicable law to bring claims in small claims court.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that are not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechFurnace regarding your use of our Products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Products immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our Products will immediately cease. Sections 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 shall survive termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@techfurnace.cc or using the account deletion feature in our Products (where available).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email, in-app notification, or by posting updated Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Products after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
