Welcome to TechFurnace ("we," "our," or "us"). We are an application developer that builds innovative mobile and web applications for businesses and individuals worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you download or use any of our applications (collectively, the "Apps").

By installing or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not download or use our Apps.

2 Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration details (name, email, username, password)
• Profile information and user-generated content
• Support communications, feedback, and survey responses
• Payment information (processed via Google Play Billing — we never store card numbers)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, OS version, Android Advertising ID (AAID), hardware model, screen resolution, language
• Usage Data: Features used, session duration, in-app events, crash logs, ANR reports, performance telemetry
• Log Data: IP address, timestamps, app version, referring source
• Location Data: Approximate location inferred from IP; precise GPS only if explicitly granted
• Network Information: Wi-Fi / mobile carrier, connection type

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Analytics and attribution providers (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
• Advertising networks (see Section 5 for full list)
• Social login providers (Google Sign-In, Facebook Login) if used
• Google Play regarding purchase history and entitlements

2.4 Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as health records, financial account numbers, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or biometric identifiers, unless explicitly disclosed in a specific App and consented to by you.

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Apps and services
• Personalize your experience and deliver relevant content
• Process transactions and send related confirmations and receipts
• Send administrative communications (updates, security alerts, policy changes)
• Respond to support inquiries and provide customer service

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements via ad partners

Our lawful bases for processing (GDPR) include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent.

4 Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors (hosting, analytics, support, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements
• Advertising Partners: Ad networks in Section 5 to deliver, measure, and optimize ads
• Analytics Providers: To understand App usage and improve performance

5 Advertising & Monetization Networks

Our Apps may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use cookies, SDKs, and device identifiers (such as AAID) to collect information and show relevant ads. Each network operates under its own privacy policy.

6 Children's Privacy (COPPA)

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable platform policies. Our general-audience Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable digital consent age in your country).

If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, contact us at info@techfurnace.cc and we will delete such information promptly.

7 GDPR – EU / EEA / UK Users

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.

10 PIPEDA – Canada

Canadian residents are protected by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect, use, and disclose personal information only with your consent and for the purposes identified at the time of collection. 11 Other Regions

We respect applicable data protection laws in all regions where our Apps are available, including Thailand (PDPA), South Korea (PIPA), Japan (APPI), and others. Regardless of your location, we are committed to handling your data with transparency and care.

12 Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law. Retention periods vary by data type:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion
• Transaction records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
• Usage analytics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely; raw logs for up to 13 months
• Support communications: Retained for 3 years after case closure
• Marketing data: Until you opt out or withdraw consent

13 Data Security

We are based in Pakistan and your information may be processed in countries outside your own. 17 Opt-Out of Ads

To opt out of interest-based advertising, you can reset or opt out of your device's advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Google Settings → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising), or visit the opt-out links provided in Section 5 for each advertising network we use.

18 Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email, in-app notification, or by posting the updated policy with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
